Documentation Teams and clients
Share a domain with another account
Sharing gives another MailGlo account access to one of your domains, for example an agency that helps with your email. You stay the owner.
Roles
- Viewer: reads the domain's reports.
- Manager: also prepares and applies the kinds of change you allow, such as DMARC or SPF.
How to share
- Ask the other account for its account ID, shown under Team & sharing, Sharing.
- Choose the domain, the role and, for a Manager, the allowed changes.
- Disable a share to pause it, or revoke it to end it.
Ownership and billing stay with you
Sharing moves no ownership and no billing, and creates no second charge. Granting access needs a Business, MSP or Enterprise plan; any account, Free included, can receive it. If your paid access ends, shared access pauses and returns with your plan; a disabled or revoked share never returns on its own.
