Documentation Plans and billing
Pricing
Start free with one domain. Business plans include the same features and differ only in the reported email they include each month. MSP and Enterprise plans are by quote. The full comparison is on /pricing.
Plans
- Free: 1 domain, 10,000 reported emails a month, 90 days of report history and up to 5 team members. Hosted SPF for up to 3 sending services, hosted DMARC and failure reports are included, and so are the investigations MailGlo opens for you, which you resolve or dismiss, and evidence CSV exports.
- Business: up to 20 domains, one year of report history and no limit on team members. Hosted SPF for any number of sending services, hosted MTA-STS, TLS reporting and BIMI files, shared investigations, client workspaces, client reports and domain sharing are included.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Plans are billed monthly or yearly; yearly billing is paid once a year and costs the same as 10 months. Switch from monthly to yearly at any time; yearly billing switches to monthly at renewal. A larger plan starts at once; a smaller plan starts at renewal.
Reported email
Each plan includes a number of reported emails a month. Reported email counts the messages that receiving services reported as passing DMARC in the aggregate reports MailGlo received for your account, after duplicate reports are removed. It counts reported messages, so it can differ from what you send, receive or deliver: reports depend on the receiving services, and a service that sends no reports adds nothing. Failed messages, TLS reports and failure-report details add nothing to the count.
Months are calendar months in UTC, counted by when each report arrived. A month closes five days after it ends; its count then stands, and a later correction shows as an adjustment. Billing shows this month's count against your allowance and the last six months.
MailGlo warns you about sustained use above your allowance before a plan change: after two closed months in a row above it, you get one email and Billing suggests the plan that fits your last three closed months. Usage above your allowance is never charged automatically, for past months or later, and your published email-authentication DNS records keep working. See Fair use.
Choosing a plan
Choose a Business plan in Billing; MailGlo suggests the plan that fits your recent reports, and your plan changes only when you choose. See How domains are counted.
