Documentation Teams and clients
Client authority
Before monitoring or changing a client's domain, record that the client authorized you.
- Create the client workspace and record the authorization: who granted it, the scope and the date.
- Verify control of the domain with the DNS record MailGlo shows you.
- Reports for the domain are only accepted after both steps.
- Revoking the authorization stops intake and hosted changes and starts the exit flow.
Hosted records change only after an approval from someone allowed to approve for that client.
Clients on each plan
Client workspaces, client portal invitations, the client approval inbox, client-level work queues and client-ready reports come with paid plans. Your own domains need no client: they stay in your own workspace on every plan, and evidence CSV exports work on every plan. When paid access ends, existing clients and their domains stay readable, and adding new client work needs a paid plan again.
