What the comparison means
- Reported email
- The allowance counts the messages receiving services reported as passing DMARC in the aggregate reports MailGlo receives, after removing duplicate reports. It is a count of reported messages, so it can differ from what you send, receive or deliver: reports depend on the receiving service. Failed messages, TLS reports and failure-report details add nothing to it.
- Domains
- A domain or subdomain with its own managed email policy counts once. The DNS records and DKIM selectors that policy needs count as part of it. An MSP allowance counts each client domain once, however many people work on it.
- Hosted SPF
- MailGlo keeps your approved sending services in one SPF record that it serves for you. Maintained flattening keeps a long record within the SPF lookup limit, on every plan, at no extra fee. Each sending service counts once toward a plan's sending-service allowance, and all of your own servers count as one.
- Failure reports
- MailGlo proposes its failure-report address beside its aggregate-report address in your DMARC record, and you can turn failure reports off for any domain. It keeps a few details of each failing message, never its content.
- DKIM and BIMI
- Your sending provider supplies DKIM records and signs your mail; MailGlo checks the selectors you use. BIMI setup includes guidance and hosting for your logo and certificate; you buy and renew any required mark certificate. Whether a logo shows depends on the mailbox provider.
- AI access
- Connect your own agent and model account. Its access follows your account permissions and plan. You pay your AI provider for model usage.
- History
- Report history is how far back you can view reports, totals and exports.
- Growth
- MailGlo warns you about sustained use above your allowance and suggests a plan that fits; your plan changes only when you choose. Usage above an allowance is never charged automatically, and your published email-authentication records keep working.
- MSP and Enterprise
- Each agreement names the allowances and fees. MailGlo applies them to your account, with every Business feature.
- Prices
- Amounts are in US dollars, before applicable taxes. “—” marks a feature a plan leaves out.

Frequently asked questions
Read the full termsWhat is included in Free?
1 domain, 10,000 reported emails a month, 90 days of report history and up to 5 team members. No card, no time limit.
How do I choose a Business plan?
Every Business plan has the same features and up to 20 domains; they differ only in the reported email they include each month. Billing shows your monthly count and suggests the plan that fits your recent reports. Your plan changes only when you choose.
What happens above my allowance?
Everything keeps working: your published records keep serving and reports keep arriving. After 2 closed months in a row above your allowance, MailGlo tells you once and suggests the plan that fits your last 3 months. Usage above an allowance is never charged automatically.
What if I need more?
Above 20 domains or 10,000,000 reported emails a month, or to manage client organizations under one agreement, request an MSP or Enterprise quote. We reply by email with a written offer.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing is the same plan, paid once a year at the price of 10 months. Switch from monthly to yearly at any time; yearly switches to monthly at renewal.
What counts as a domain?
Every separately managed hostname is one domain, so a domain and its mail. subdomain are two domains.
Are taxes included?
Prices exclude tax.
How do refunds work?
An eligible first charge can be refunded within 14 days to the original payment method.
